Project Background:

Customer needs to build new warehouse due to business grows. Split solar street lights are required to installed in their square warehouse area.

Customer Demand:

1. The solar street lights need to be all in two design as the warehouse is square area.

2. Provide 5 years warranty.

3. Provide simulation to check whether it could meet the demands.

Solar Street Lamps Design:

1. According to the DWG file which customer provided, we choose EXC professional patent designed 2103 optics to make the simulation.

2. The battery box is made of aluminium to meet IP65 demands and installed back of the solar panel.

3. Coose EXC patent design RA2 led street light head and use high efficiency led chip 5050 as the light source.

4. Use SRNE MPPT controller to have a smart working mode to save a lot of energy.

Before the production, all the units have strict test.
