Problem 1: The street light can't light up at all 　

There are usually four reasons why the solar street lamp can't light up at all. The common one is that the controller in the light pole is flooded and a short circuit occurs. Therefore, firstly check whether there are water marks and rust on the terminal of the controller. If this happens, it is most likely that the controller is damaged due to water ingress. You can use a multimeter to measure the resistance at both ends of the loop. If the resistance is too small, it is generally a short circuit. At this time, you need to replace the controller.

If the controller is not damaged and short-circuited, check to see if there is a problem with the battery. You can measure the battery voltage. If you find that the battery is not storing electricity, you need to replace it.　　

If there is no problem with the battery, you can further check whether there is a problem with the solar panel. In the case of normal operation, check whether there is voltage and current output. If not, the solar panel is damaged and needs to be replaced with a new one.

Problem 2: Solar street lamp have a short lighting time　

After the solar street light has been used for a period of time, even if there is enough sun light at day, it may encounter that the lighting time of street light is short and the lighting cannot be provided normally on cloudy and rainy days. The cause of this situation is likely to be a problem with the battery and its power storage capacity is reduced, resulting in insufficient power storage, so it is necessary to replace the street light with a new battery with the same parameters.

Problem 3: After installing, the light is always on and cannot be turned off

When installing solar street lamp, some customers may encounter such a problem. The LED light source turns on as soon as it is installed and cannot be turned off. When this happens, first check whether the positive and negative poles of the solar panel are connected correctly. If the connections are reversed, correct them in time. Then use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the solar panel, observe and compare whether they are the same. If it is too small, it means that the solar panel has quality problems. Contact the supplier to replace it with a new one.

Problem 4: Only part of the lamp beads of the street light work

There are two reasons for this problem. First, if the light source is made with false welding, it is easy to cause this. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the corresponding lamp beads and then weld firmly to solve the problem; Second, if the inspection finds that all the light sources are well welded, but some of the lamp beads are not bright, then it is very likely that the quality of the light source is defective, and the entire street lamp head needs to be replaced.

Problem 5: The light source flickers

There are many reasons for this phenomenon. First, you can replace a new lamp. If this problem persists after replacement, then there may be a problem with the cables or others, and you need to check whether the cable interface is in good contact. If there is no problem with the wiring and the light source is still flickering, you need to check the battery, because if the battery is in a state of power loss and the power storage is insufficient, the light source may flicker. At this time, replace the battery in time.
