There can be no direct light source above the solar panel, because solar street lights are switched on and off according to light control. Once a direct light source appears above the solar panel, it will cause system identification errors in the lighting control system and give wrong instructions. China belongs to the northern hemisphere, and solar panels are generally installed, facing the south direction, which is more conducive to solar panels absorbing solar energy.
2. The foundation part of the solar led street light
The size and solidity of the solar road light foundation directly affects the safety of the light pole, so the foundation must be operated in strict accordance with the construction drawings, and important data such as size and material must be grasped. The texture of the land around the foundation of the solar led street light is also closely related to the safety of the light pole. The soil around the foundation should have low moisture and high strength to prevent unsafe behaviors such as tilting of the light pole under the influence of thrust. The function of the threading hole of the foundation is to introduce the battery wire from the underground to the inside of the light pole. If the threading hole is offset, the threading hole will be blocked when the light pole is installed. If there are foreign objects or dead knots in the threading hole, the threading hole will be completely blocked. In both cases, the battery wire cannot be introduced, and the lamp cannot get effective power.
3. Threading part
In the process of threading solar led street lights, it is absolutely not allowed to have wire connectors inside the poles, and all connecting wires must be guaranteed to be a complete wire. 4. Install the LED street light source and solar panels.
The main concern is the firmness of the power cord connection and the tightness of the screws. When connecting all wires, it is necessary to do a good job of preventing off and leaking, and the connection is tight and beautiful. In the process of tightening the screws, the tightness should be mastered, and the tightness should not be too loose or too tight, and the tightening should be the principle of moving in an appropriate amount. It should not be too tight to prevent the screw from being over-stressed and slipping; it should not be too loose to prevent part deviation due to looseness of some components. When installing solar panels, master the direction. In the northern hemisphere, the solar panels should face the direction of due south, because the direction of due south has the strongest light and the longest sunshine time. If it is not possible to face south under special circumstances, the longest light time and maximum light intensity shall be the principle.
5. Pole
Before the solar street lamp is erected, remember to check all the power cords to see if there is any leakage. If there is, correct it as soon as possible.
